2. Services Provided

Dragga Sauce provides access to an automated trading bot and related educational content. Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Access is granted upon successful payment and is subject to these terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • First month access is $126 USD
  • Monthly renewal is $100 USD for existing members
  • Payments are non-refundable once bot access has been granted
  • Subscriptions must be renewed monthly to maintain access
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of the Dragga Sauce AI Bot does not guarantee future results. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept all trading risks associated with using our bot.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own trading account
  • You must ensure your trading account meets the minimum deposit requirement of $10 USD
  • You must not share, resell, or redistribute the bot file or strategy
  • You are responsible for compliance with trading regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

The Dragga Sauce AI Bot strategy, XML file, and all related content are the intellectual property of Dragga Sauce. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or redistribution of the bot strategy is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dragga Sauce and its founders shall not be held liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of our bot or services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the most recent billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, however no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
